Everybody collects something. It might be just anything – stamps, comics, baseball cards, butterflies… And everybody feels the need to make good sense of his collection once a minimum of items have been amassed. Well, that is what this new web application is here for. iCollectMedia can be used by just any person that wants to catalog all the items he has managed to add to his collection over time.
The way this is done is by letting him look these items he has by title or by barcode, and (once they have been found) add them to his list one by one. Once the full list has been assembled, then others can see it, and get in touch with the collector to ask him just where he did get this or that item, how much it cost him, whether he would be willing to sell it… in short: all the questions that collectors are always known to ask kindred spirits.
As a service, iCollectMedia can be used absolutely for free. No fees have to be paid in order to create an account, and once an account has been activated an unlimited number of items can be added to it.
