The site is like a great job ad, and in it site visitors can learn that the site comprises a team of internet entrepreneurs who want to provide capital to people from around the world who have great ideas but are lacking the money to make those come to life, but hey, don’t be fooled: this is no pro-bono initiative. Since all the investors hold shares for all the projects, all odds are covered, and thus all investments are closely monitored in order to kill anything that is not working or meeting productivity standards. It seems that revenue is shared, but there is not much information on that, and projects to be submitted don’t need to have any particular specifications other than being solely web-based apps that can and will be used by millions of people around the world (piece of cake, eh wizz-kid?).
