Self-defined as “a milestone-per-milestone list of activities for digital nuts”, Hipster’s HQ enables people who take their technology serious to get their priorities in order. Hipster’s HQ (or HQQ) enables such people to have milestones and important event placed on a dashboard which is completely free from noise. HQQ is not a live stream that is updated constantly with news and events that one doesn’t care about. It’s exactly the opposite – it’s a place where users can bring all the activity that matters to them under the same roof, and both review what’s come and gone, and plan what they’re bound to do next.
Hipster’s HQ accounts have no cost, and they can be created just by submitting one’s name, and providing an e-mail address to which a link will be sent. This link is what lets users edit and configure what’s going to be shown on their dashboards.
And that’s basically it. By its mere nature, a service like Hipster’s HQ is going to appeal to only a portion of the Internet’s populace. It’s a niche service alright, but I don’t think it’s too niche for its own good. I’m more than sure a good share of people reading this post are going to find it worth a look.
