This is a useful tool for people with computer-type questions, since many of the Twitter community can most likely help, being technology buffs. Being able to filter through topics that have been tweeted is also useful for someone who’s trying to figure out a problem on the same subject. They will know who to ask since the person who’s already tweeted about it will hopefully already know the answer to that problem by that time.

It would be helpful to have some way of letting others know your tweet has had a successful response, so that others don’t continue to clog up your Twitter stream with similar replies and so that others will know who to go to if they have the same problem.
