This is the main website of Healthcare South, an association of physicians practicing in private offices in the South Shore Hospital area. This site was developed to give patients and their families access to information about the center and its offices, as well as about current medical or social problems.
This includes many sections dedicated to topics of general interest, such as chronic disease states that require long term attention, frequent encountered problems, and how to navigate effectively through the internet. The site is also thought to improve communication regarding appointments, referrals, prescription refills, and patient problems, as well as offering patients a chance to give Healthcare South direction on needs that they feel could be addressed. To that end, through the top navigation bar visitors will be able to reach many articles and online services. The green field contains the links that will lead you to general sections like Practices, Forms, and Links, while the blue field will take you to particular areas such as Parent Resources, Patient Information, and Health Information.
