Harris Interactive is a company that deals in the area of marketing research on a global scale. The site features a whole section that highlights the client services that are provided by Harris, split into four main categories: industries, solutions, specialties, and products.
Each one of these categories is subdivided in turn into other categories. For instance, the “Products” category encompasses concept testing packages, packaging evaluation systems, and the omnibus research products, which are used for online and telephone research. The site also features a detailed account on the Harris Poll, a long-standing independent opinion poll in the United States, which nowadays is also conducted in Europe.
