This site was created in order to give you that answer. This is a very brief application (52 lines of python code) and it is mainly based on the Yahoo Weather API.
There is very basic information that you need to input in order to get the results – just your zip code suffices. In addition to this, you will get answers like:”wear long sleeves”, “wear short sleeves”, go sleeveless and “wear 2-layers”.
