It is a non-profit research and educational foundation. Their purpose is to promote a deeper understanding of the history and nature of America’s unique constitutional system, in short, the mission is to protect and defend individual Rights as guaranteed by the Constitutions of the United States and the fifty states of the Union. They provide education and training to neutralize the common public ignorance and apathy that hampers the development of effective citizen vigilance and the exercise of popular control, which are essential to the defense of their constitution and their individual rights and freedoms. At the left hand side of the homepage you will find some categories that will help you browse the website. When their servant government has abused the limited authorities that the people have delegated, the foundation confronts and holds these governments accountable to the federal and stat written Constitutions.
