A fact is a fact: the more expectant you are about something, then the more likely you are to let it pass you accidentally. I don’t know why that is, and I guess that figuring it out is not really that important since we have a trillion apps for remembering tasks available on the WWW.
Scattrbrain is one of these, and it is not only quite easy to get to grips with, but it is also entirely free to use.
It works in a way that I think is highly effective: it assigns a color to each and every task, and then it sends out the corresponding reminders. What’s more, the programmer was clever enough to support Google Calendars and as an immediate result you can have your tasks imported from one tool from the other without having to exert yourself that much. Actually, the process can be as automatic as you want it to be, so that is a good functionality thrown in for excellent measure.
Other than that, installing the application and launching it is as intuitive as it could possibly be. And you don’t need a hefty desktop either – the whole package is entirely friendly and flexible from start to finish.
