GamingGeeks.org is the website for the Mississippi Avenue and Play-Hookey Mansion role-playing groups.
The website was created in order to provide information, tidbits, and amusing anecdotes to people interested in role-playing games. On the site visitors will find a gamer’s resource database that includes a guide to playing role games and a dictionary of names intended to provide names for live role-players. The guide is sorted alphabetically by publisher and is being updated regularly. So far the list includes Atlas Games, Chasoium, Flying Buffalo, Hero Games, Mayfair Games, Palladium Books, Pulsar Games, R. Talsorian Games, SSDC, Steve Jackson Games, West End Games, White Wolf Games, and Wizards of the Coast. The dictionary includes a long list of names from around the world and it includes historical backgrounds as well as, male and female first and last names from many countries and periods in time. The site also features a frequently asked questions section where visitors can find answers to most common role-playing game questions.
