The way it all works is anything but complicated, since you simply have to upload a photograph and proceed to record the (voiced) message that you want it to be accompanied by.
While a service like this one might seem more suitable to personal uses (such as sending a picture of your brother when he tried snowboarding for the first time and he ran headlong into a tree), there is actually no reason why it wouldn’t work elsewhere.
