Featurelist.org is a site that allows users to vote and comment on features of posted projects.
Project owners post their projects for site users to log on and make suggestions on those projects. Users may also vote on which features are the best. To participate in the voting, or to add a project, users must create and account, which is free. Posted projects range from small websites to popular products, such as the Apple iPhone. The site offers special features, such as the ability to track other users’ participation status in regards to specific projects, and the ability to export the project’s feature list, comments, and tallied votes.
Featurelist.org In Their Own Words
“Featurelist.org is a site where project owners can submit their projects and allow others to submit feature requests for that project. Featurelist.org helps the project owner keep up with feature requests and allows users to submit their opinions on the feature requests (voting/commenting).”
Why Featurelist.org It Might Be A Killer
Featurelist.org represents both sides of projects, allowing all parties to have their input, whether they are on the production side, or the user side. Undoubtedly, this site is an interesting and useful tool, however it could use some reorganization. The appearance of the site is jumbled, and the information on the projects is sometimes scarce.
Some Questions About Featurelist.org
How may the site be reorganized so that it is easy to navigate and view? What information should be mandatory for project owners to state about the posted projects? How should the project information be presented so that it is efficiently communicated?
