This site just defeats any chance of reasonable explanation. Why a company would design a site half on flash and half on php (and a very nice site, too), and not allow people to make purchases directly, I can try to understand as part of a business agreement with resellers, but why on earth they have their catalogue in PDF format of all formats just beats me.
Seriously: if people wanted to see catalogues in faux-paper format, they would simply order them, not visit a website to wait for half a lifetime to download the catalogue part by part (because, of course, the complete catalogue file would be humongous., so they broke it up into sections). But it gets worse, oh so much worse: a list of US and Canada retailers from where you can get Pro Comp suspension products is featured on the site as a spreadsheet listing all the stores carrying their products much as if it were a phonebook directory where all the zip codes were omitted, so you can’t recur to F3 to find a dealer in your area, but have to scroll a list of close to a gazillion providers one by one to find the one that’s closest to you. I sincerely hope the people at Pro Comp are more proficient at building suspension systems than they are at building websites, choosing web design providers or taking a look at other sites to understand what’s reasonable and what is definitely crazy.
