In this particular case, people can make a visual contribution to a tunnel that can be traversed down by anyone on his browser just by using the cursor keys.
The user can move forwards and stop whenever a picture he can see laterally catches his fancy either because he knows the person, or because the picture has a funny illustration. When that happens, he can use the pertinent cursor key in order to give it a closer look.
And there is more than that, as each picture has a story attached. These will only be revealed when the tunnel is finished – that will be about 500 km underground, or a circle of 35500 km of circumference.
