Additionally, Draw Island will let you generate animations using the images that you have come up with, setting down the actual delay time. The images will be limited to 400×400 pixels, but that should not be that much of a problem if the one creating the animation is a children.
Because Draw Island stands to me as a ready-made app for the little ones. Make no mistake, an adult who wants to edit or create an image will surely look for something more powerful to use (IE, a paid application).
That is no indictment on Draw Island, of course. The site is good for what it is, and children or people who could do with some very basic drawing functions will definitely derive some very satisfying uses from it.
