Discipulus Ventures, a support platform for young business founders, has been established with the aim of upholding core American values like family, faith, and patriotism. This initiative also hopes to revive America’s standards while fostering the next generation of business leaders. Equipped with an extensive set of resources, young innovators are encouraged to turn their ideas into sturdy, successful businesses.

The platform is on the lookout for young creators, especially those interested in the challenging sectors of defense, industry, and hard tech, termed as “American Dynamism”. Applicants need to illustrate commitment to truth, personal integrity, and a dedicated love for their country. Selected individuals are then exposed to an enriching work culture that cultivates their innovative ideas and nurtures their distinctive talents.

Recent surveys suggest a gradual decline in traditional American values among the youth. There is a marked interest in progressive causes like climate change, social justice, and technological advancement, often at the cost of familiar values.

Fostering young entrepreneurs with Discipulus Ventures

This shift in societal norms and perspectives is causing a growing gap between the younger and older generations, leading to further debates and conflicts.

Jakob Diepenbrock, a founding member of Discipulus Ventures, criticizes the sole pursuit of financial gain and the establishment of companies merely for immediate monetary benefits. According to him, such businesses hardly contribute to societal development or economic growth. He stresses on the need for businesses to provide innovative solutions for real-life problems which could potentially boost the economy substantially.

Diepenbrock also advocates for open discussions, particularly in college environments, and believes that each voice should be heard. He emphasizes that respectful, constructive conversations can challenge ingrained beliefs, thereby fostering creativity.
