Yes, exactly. People who use this site to network are actually sharing their cars with other in exchange for a financial compensation. The idea is that by doing so they will be putting their vehicles to a constructive use, instead of having them on their garages for a significant portion of the day. And they will get to share their whole maintenance costs, including insurance premiums.
Registration to the site comes at no cost, and once you have signed up for an account you will be able to execute as many searches as you want. You will be allowed to specify where it is that you need a vehicle (and for how long) for the relevant profiles to be displayed.
