to a secure fax number that will be assigned to you when you sign-up with DepositDox. That’s it. Your computer does not even have to be on.
Once your fax has completed sending, it is entered into the DepositDox Vault system which secures your important documents. The system is constantly backed-up so that your important documents stay safe.
All documents are “read” by Deposit Dox so you can search by any word in the document. No more trying to figure out where you saved a file. Simply log-in to the site and you will have a display of all of your documents which you can search, view, and print at anytime.
