For its part, CRI (Certified Reports Inc.) takes care of theater checking services, such as seating capacity checks, in-theatre marketing research, and audience reaction surveys. This division is also responsible for the installation of promotional material like banners, floor clings and standees. Finally, CMRS specializes in marketing research services. These services include retail auditing, mystery shopping and market research and surveys. “Mystery shopping” is an euphemism for a service whereby the client receives a clear overview of the shopping experience his costumers have. This lets him assess the performance of his employees, as well as the efficacy of operational procedures. Likewise, this service lets the client evaluate the placement and display of products, and gives him a complete store profiling.
