The site is run in a very personal way, as would be expected in any rural community business, with the main emphasis being placed on customer services. The site was researched and developed around regular complaints made about some other dating services. There are no recurring subscription charges, cancellation of membership is controlled via the members own page and this deletes all information including email address, all members are genuine with no faked profiles or affiliate sites, there is no advertising displayed and they provide a personal service, with all staff registered on the site to help members use the site, write their profiles and deal with any complaints or problems that arise.
