Complaints.com is a site that gives consumers all the right tools for finding the best companies in the market, and doing something about the ones that don’t treat punters fairly. As you can imagine by looking at its name, this site lets you warn everybody about these companies that have treated you wrong by publishing your complaints online. The idea is that by sharing your negative user experiences with everybody else in a place that is so public, everybody will avoid these companies that don’t really care about their customers.

This database of complaints can be browsed by company name, by tag and also by date. Which is really useful for knowing if you were the only person who was treated poorly at a certain time, or if more people also received the same treatment.

And the way the site works, once a complaint has been posted then the company in question can reply to it.
