org is home for Community First, a Credit Union serving workers and residents of Florida’s Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam, and St. Johns counties. By visiting the site, users will be able to find out about eligibility for joining the Credit Union, and they can start their application process online as well. For existing clients, the variety of resources and services the site has to offer is very ample and convenient, as they will be able to find calculators, complete information on rates and charges, plus several educational articles aimed to generate awareness and ease to process of setting an account, making a financial plan at each stage of life, and even getting out of debt. The site is gateway for the eBanking area of the site, though it is obviously restricted for bank clients only, and though I was expecting to find tutorials and walkthroughs, I couldn’t find any such resources, which seems particularly strange in view that a big part of the bank’s clients are probably elderly people who might not feel altogether too comfortable with managing their bank account over the internet, and showing them how easy it is, is the most effective way to encourage usage of these comfortable resources.
