Making project management simple and understandable for everybody is the aim of Cobalt, a browser-based application that you can try for free. This online software lets you put all your priorities in order by creating projects, and splitting them into as many tasks as you need. You can assign each of these tasks to a different member of your team, and a visual tracker is going to let you see how near or far away these tasks that make up your project are from being completed. If it looks like things are about to fall behind schedule, you’ll always be able to move people from one project to the other, and cover any potential shortcoming.
Cobalt is a paid application, with you being charged according to how many people you have working for you. A team with up to five individuals will cost you $29 per user. The price goes down to $19 per user when your team has got between 6 – 10 members, and down again to $14 when the team’s got more than 11 members. And if you envision using this service for a long time, then you can go for an annual plan, and save some money. See the chart here.
