Apart from Nvidia’s Huang, other keynote speakers include Ed Bastion, CEO of Delta Air Lines; Julie Sweet, CEO of Accenture; Linda Yaccarino, CEO of X (formerly Twitter); and Tekedra Mawakana, co-CEO of Waymo. Smart glasses are among the exciting product categories, inspired by the success of Meta Ray-Bans. Rival smart glasses featuring AI technologies such as real-time language translation and voice-based personal digital assistants will be showcased.
Companies will also present AI-enhanced wireless earbuds and smart rings, with the latter tracking health metrics like blood pressure, heart rate, and sleep patterns. Satellite communication services for consumers will be a key theme, with companies like Iridium Communications and SpaceX’s Starlink in attendance. Robots will be prominently featured, ranging from robot vacuums and lawn mowers to robot bartenders and delivery bots, with Agility Robotics displaying a humanoid robot.
The CES 2025 show will feature new topic areas, including beauty and fashion technology, quantum computing, neurotech, and energy transition. Heavy equipment makers for industries like construction and agriculture will also have a notable presence. Traditional consumer electronics companies such as Hisense, LG, Samsung, and TCL will exhibit their latest high-definition big-screen televisions and home and car audio systems.
“You’re going to see more 100-plus-inch flat-panel TVs,” Costello said. “Everybody’s making bigger TVs — 100, 105, 110 inches.”
CES 2025 continues to be a pivotal event showcasing the convergence of AI, robotics, and consumer electronics, pushing the boundaries of innovation and integrating cutting-edge technology into everyday life.
