Hospice care or palliative care, as it is also know as, is the kind of health care is usually provided to the terminally ill or very elderly to help them through the last few months of their lives. Supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation of New Jersey, Caring Connections is a national consumer and community engagement that works on behalf of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization to help improve the care and standard of living for those approaching the ends of there lives.
