BoardDocs has been designed as a software solution aimed at school boards, local governments and private and public school boards. Its objective is to help these institutions and individuals to alleviate and lessen the escalating task of assembling, printing, distributing and revising agenda items and policies.
Besides aiding in the processing of agenda items and documents themselves, BoardDocs enables the user to determine who has access to each specific document. In addition to that, last minute revisions can be made and implemented with great facility. There are two different versions of the software, namely BaoardDocs and BoardDocs LT. The former provides solutions when it comes to documents which are associated with governance, while the latter is designed for smaller organizations that just have to deal with a small eAgenda. Besides describing these two products in great detail, the site also announces BoardDocs workshops that are held throughout the State, as well as featuring a list of newest users of the product.
