Listings usually include a variety of photos, floorplans, information on pricing and amenities. I was shocked to see that there is not much information on apartment policies, like whether pets or children are welcome or not; I also felt that some other information could be handy, like tax and deposit amounts, as the whole point of looking for an apartment over the internet is getting as much information so that the only thing left to do is go and see it, especially for customers which might be relocating from other parts of the country or the world and might not be too familiarized with how expensive or accessible certain areas of the city might be. You can, though, fill a form provided on the site to get extra information on any properties you might be interested in. Browsing the listings, by the way, is completely free.
