There was a really, really funny chapter of The Simpsons where Homer & Co. had to travel to Australia because of some prank that you-know-who played on some poor Australian kid over the phone, which was actually born out of curiosity as regards the other hemisphere of the world.
When I came across this website I was quickly reminded of that particular installment, as the Antipodr portal gives you the resources for finding the exact information about the other side of the world. I also couldn’t avoid thinking that not even this could have prevented Bart from raising havoc, but that’s a different matter…
The actual mechanics of the site are pretty simple. You key in a street address, the name of the City and the State or ZIP code and then a Google Map pops up. This Google Map features your exact location while showcasing the spot situated at exactly the other side of the world.
