Uk is the website for the Association of Medical Microbiologists. This site is accessible to AMM members. In order to log in, all you have to do is enter your user ID and password in the box located at the left hand side of the homepage. This association was formed in 1983. It is a professional body concerned with all aspects of medical microbiology and infection in the United Kingdom and Republic of Irelands. More than 500 senior and trainee members of the profession from university departments of medical microbiology in the United Kingdom and Republic of Irelands, the Health Protection Agency in England, as well as those from the National Health Services, and Armed Forces of the United Kingdom, and Republic of Ireland are now members of this association. Certain AMM publications are available to the general public, and consist of a series of facts about leaflets with information about various infections. At the bottom of the homepage you will find some categories that provide more information about this association; these are Contact, Discussion list, Join the AMM, Member registration, and Publications.
