Alice-in-wonderland.net – Alice in Wonderland

Alice in Wonderland is a wonderful childrens book and movie, based off of Lewis Carroll’s books, “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” and “Through the Looking Glass.” Many individuals grew up on these stories and retold them time and time again. Alice-in-wonderland.net is an excellent resource website to check and recheck facts while discussing all of the different versions of these tales. The books were written in the mid 1800’s and were relatively controversial; although, seemingly more controversial now than before.

Many individuals have contemplated whether or not Lewis was on drugs. It seems to be impossible, as the author would have had to be inebriated constantly to make up for the quick output of both books. Individuals who purchased these books and read them seemed to be enthralled, if a bit confused. Lewis had a reputation to be a bit odd; his characters were even more weird.

There was a rabbit that was always in a hurry, a mad-man who made hats and had an unquenchable thirst for tea, a cat that never quit smiling, and other various creatures that were not of this world. To say that Carroll’s imagination was overactive may be an understatement. Alice-in-wonderland.net is a wonderful website to discuss the author and his brains, among other enthusiasts.

Alice-in-wonderland.net has different resources available to compare the variations of the stories. Disney took Alice in Wonderland and made a cartoon movie out of it. In the early 2000’s, Disney took it again and re-made the movie into a real-life film. There are many opinions on the variations – some are good, some are bad.
