The Association for Experiential Education, AEE.org, is a community of progressive educators and practitioners who use the AEE philosophy. Members of the AEE include primary school, college, and university faculty and staff; organizational development specialists; ropes course operators; therapists; experience-based professional; and outdoor education practitioners. Students, parents, educators, and other people devoted to Experiential Education are members of the AEE. Folks may join the AEE through AEE.org, which offers a variety of membership levels including Accredited, FUEL, Individual, International, Institutional, Organizational, and Student Memberships.
The AEE.org website also features an eStore which sells books, the Journal of Experiential Education (JEE), and allows users to donate to the Association for Experiential Education or register for AEE conferences. The Journal of Experiential Education is published three times a year and is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal. The AEE.org bookstore also offers over 70 titles from the leading DVDs, videos, and books in the field of Experiential Education. Visitors to the site may suggest titles for the bookstore by emailing the AEE at the address provided. Members of the AEE receive discounts of 10 to 40% off their purchases from the AEE.org bookstore.
For folks interested in Experiential Education jobs, AEE.org offers tools for both employers and job seekers. Job seekers by view job postings, post their resume anonymously, register for personal job alerts (to receive updates on jobs which match their search criteria daily or weekly by email), create a job seeker account, and manage their already established job seek account.
Employers may post a job, view resumes posted by job seekers, review products and pricing, create an employer account and manage their employer account on the AEE website. Employers only pay for the resumes for which they request contact information on AEE.org, and they may browse resumes for free.
