According to their website, Address.biz is “the most comprehensive free address search portal on the web.” The address site helps folks locate the addresses, phone numbers and email address of family, friends, and even businesses. They offer a white pages directory and the yellow pages directory. The white pages on address.biz are searchable by first name or initial, last name, city, and state. The yellow pages can be searched by the name of the business, business category, city, and state. Additional search options include email and reverse address searches.
The address.biz website also offers links for users to access background search, public records search, and comprehensive property reports. These services are all paid services and are conducted on websites other than address.biz. Other options on the website include zip code, area code, and phone book searches as well as a people search.
Zip code search allows users to enter in a United States zip code and search for the location of that zip code. Although this feature cannot provide a specific address, it will supply a list of all of the cities and towns in that specific zip code.
Reverse Lookup works in much the same way. Rather than users of address.biz typing in a person’s name in order to get their phone number, with reverse lookup, they type in a phone number in order to get the person’s name. While this function once worked well for land lines, it is no longer applicable on a large scale because of the sharp increase of mobile phone usage in the past decade.
