Bengaluru-based quick commerce startup Swish has raised $2 million in its maiden funding round led by Accel. Angel investors Abhiraj Bhal, Varun Khaitan, former Swiggy Instamart head Karthik Gurumurthy, and others also participated in the round. Founded in 2024 by Aniket Shah, Ujjwal Sukheja, and Saran S, Swish offers 10-minute food delivery.

The company oversees the entire process from food preparation to delivery, operating within a compact 1.5–2 km radius. Swish currently runs several cloud kitchens in Bengaluru’s HSR Layout and Bellandur areas. By the end of November, it plans to expand services to four regions in the city, including new additions Koramangala and Sarjapur.

The startup claims to have about 70 to 80 unique stock-keeping units (SKUs) on its app. These cover a variety of categories including indulgences, snacks, beverages, and meals.

Accel backs Swish expansion plans

Commenting on the funding, CEO Aniket Shah said, “Quick commerce has become indispensable as people demand faster solutions for everyday needs. Despite advancements in delivery services, food delivery still lags with 30-60 minute timelines. Swish was born to bridge this gap, delivering not just speed but reliability.

We’re thrilled to have Accel as partners to propel our vision forward.”

The fresh funds will be used to expand operations and ramp up Swish’s delivery model across most areas of Bengaluru. The company also has plans to extend into other tier-I cities. Swiggy recently launched its own 10-minute food delivery service called Bolt.

Meanwhile, Zomato launched a similar service called Instant in 2022 but later rebranded it to Everyday, citing a lack of product-market fit. As the quick commerce space heats up, Swish aims to differentiate itself through its unique approach of managing the entire food preparation and delivery process. With this early-stage funding, the startup is poised to scale rapidly and bring ultra-fast food delivery to more consumers.
