This site has the quality of being user friendly and nice designed. The site works both as a directory and as a yellow-page-kind-of search engine which basically lets you find businesses, organizations, institutions and similar stuff for free. When you visit the homepage, you are presented with a search box, plus a couple of options. The simplest way in which you can use this site is to search directly for the business you are interested in, just as you would using any other search engine: the results page lists all the matching items, and gives you a link to an internal page where you can find information on the company, like address, phone, location on the map and occasionally some extra information. You can also choose to search the site by category, just as if it were a yellow pages book, where you can choose to search by category or location. But there’s still a third way to use this site, which would be to take a look at the extra resources, which will allow you to find a specific person just by typing in the name, or you can use the ‘Reverse Lookup’ area to track who the phone number which keeps appearing in your Caller ID is registered to, look up a postal code for a specific city, and even confirm area or international phone codes.
