The site is very incomplete and it is difficult at first to understand what to do. The requirement that you download their media player which is not a common one is going to dissuade people from signing up. Also, at no point, is any explanation given as to what exactly the site does, meaning that anyone who just stumbles on the site will probably stumble away again before realizing that it is actually pretty cool.
